Enchanted Bakery began with a shared love for baking, creativity, and the simple joy that comes from thoughtfully made food.

Many in our community first discovered our work through Vanessa Bakes, known for its beautifully handcrafted custom sugar cookies. What started as a passion project—baking for family, friends, and local celebrations—quickly grew into something much bigger.

As our vision expanded, so did our kitchen. Enchanted Bakery is the next chapter of that journey, bringing together the custom cookies you already love with a growing menu of handcrafted baked goods. The cookies aren’t going anywhere—they’re simply becoming part of something even more magical.

We bake using time-honored techniques and carefully chosen ingredients, making every batch fresh and with intention. From warm cinnamon rolls and soft conchas to gourmet cookies and custom designs, each treat is made to bring comfort, celebration, and a little sweetness to everyday moments.

With a natural eye for design and a passion for edible art, she transforms cookies into stunning pieces that celebrate life’s special moments. Norma “Gina” Garay joined Vanessa Bakes bringing with her a deep love for baking and a passion for creating rich, memorable flavors. Her focus is on soft, comforting baked goods that feel both nostalgic and indulgent. Gina specializes in cinnamon rolls, conchas, and gourmet cookies, always experimenting with flavor combinations and textures that make each bite special. For her, baking is about more than just sweets—it’s about creating moments of comfort, warmth, and connection through food.

As we continue growing toward our future home, The Enchanted Nook — Bakery, Bookshop & Café, we’re grateful to share our baking with this incredible community.
